This is by far the progressive integrated strength/bodybuilding program I have been on. If you haven’t tried it, I suggest you give it a go for at least 4 weeks. If you push yourself by week 3 you will work at level of intensity that is on par with The Meltdown Workout with the addition of a targeted strength building phase. In case you have forgotten it’s written by one of most the well respected strength coaches in the business.
