I was just wondering if anyone out there is doing this routine. I’ve been doing it for about 2 weeks and seems to be a pretty good workout. I would just like to know others results/comments. Thanks for the input!
CPT is a kickass program, one of the most well thought-out and balanced I’ve ever done. I beleive Charles Staley just recently wrote a second program based on CPT but I’ve yet to take a look. When I complete my M3 (Mad Monkey Mass) phase I will definitely return to CPT at some point. The combination of core and ancilliary movements keeps you pumped and looking forward to the sessions. Expect to gain some serious strength on this program, and I also felt that it incresed muscle density. I think next time 'round I’ll do a cycle of Methoxy with it. Lata.
