Good morning, T-folk! Is anyone doing Staley’s CPT anymore? I just began the program last week and am thoroughly enjoying it. My question is, is anyone incorporating additional cardio with the program, especially with the relatively high number of sets per workout? I have been doing 20 min. of moderate intensity cardio post-weights and am thinking about incorporating a protocol as per JB’s recommendations (anaerobic intervals). Have to be careful not to overtrain, but I’m doing well so far.
