Control Bodyfat While Bulking

I am on bulk and gaining some fat. I get some advice to do some light cardio for 25-35 minutes twice a week to lose the fat. then I have to increase calories on that day in order to make up for what was burned during the cardio session which defeats the whole purpose.

I am already eating as clean as I can with low carbs/high protein, should I just eat less? what would be the best way to go about losing fat or at least not gain any more?
