Continuing Weight Training with Sciatica and Herniated Disc

I started a workout injury focused journal 4 months ago,the most recent journal is strange as in I haven’t changed my routine,exercises or intensity but somedays I get symptoms even on workout that I deemed less intense,I thought it would be the more intense workout that causes me pain.But there will be days where the same less intense workout not causing symptoms…it’s quite confusing and weird

I have also been able to stick to my workout plan(20% less intense) for 2 month straight.Quite happy about this…
