What is this called? I may be oversimplifying the idea—doing reps and taking short (20, 30 second?) recovery rests until you can’t do more than two reps. I feel like I saw a post or article on T-Nation about this once but can’t find it.
That’s “Rest/Pause.” Do a set, take a short break, do another set. Then maybe another short break and another set if you want. A few authors/coaches recommend to going for half the reps you got on the previous set. So like maybe x8…x4…x2.
Myo reps? Usually it’s higher than 2 reps but there are lots of flavours of Myo reps.
