Well I’m on day 17 of the V-Diet, there is NO stopping me now. There is one problem; it is driving me crazy not knowing what I am going to do for a diet after Day 28. I plan on transitioning properly with one meal a day for 3 days and then two a day but I don’t want to waste any time and I am going to get under %10 bf and nothing is going to stop me.
I was thinking of maybe transitioning right into The Radical Diet…
Just work my way up to 2 solid meals a day stay low card and low calorie.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
oh yeah I’m 5’9" 215 right now ~17.5% bf. I think I’ll get to about 208 by the end of the diet at %14 bf
