Contest Prep With Anabolic Diet

I have been on the anabolic diet for about 5 months now. I began at 240 pounds (14%BF) and am currently 220 pounds(9%) Many people have suggested that I use the diet into my contest prep. I guess they are subscribing to the “if its not broke don’t fix it” line of thinking.

I am unsure of what to do becuase I have never heard of anyone using the diet for contest prep. Do I cut from the weekend load? Do I cut from my weekly meals? Any help would be appreciated.
