Quick info about me:
I've competed bodybuilding, strongman and powerlifting. I've done mediocre at all of them. I have a competition deadlift of 765, have never won my class in any bodybuilding show, and got hurt right before NAS strongman nationals. This is my attempt to getting back to being competitive at something, hopefully bodybuilding. I've had a fairly successful off season the past few years and kept fairly lean. I've been dieting for a few months now fairly slowly, trying to maintain as much lean mass as possible.
