For those of you who have actually made it down to 5% Bodyfat did you find you had to ditch the high glycemic carbs after your workout? I was looking at Beverly Internationals website and their guys seem to always come in top condition but yet they add fat and a small amount of fruit to their post workout shake keeping Insulin Levels in check they say you will burn more fat that way. Every one at T- Mag recommends no fat postworkout.
