Okay i have always wondered about this so here goes…When consuming/eating (whatever you wanna call it)surge i know you’re suposed to eat it post workout to minimize the catabolic effect but…When? Like when you get home or as soon as you put down the last weight you lift for that workout?

Yes, the longer you wait the worse. YOur muscles are primed to restore glycogen and the quicker you do it the quicker you halt catabolism.
If I’m not sipping it throughout, I start on my last set. That way I’ll be ready to eat my next whole food meal that much sooner.
