Power Clean = 209 lbs (95 kg)

Olympic Back Squat = 297 lbs (135 kg)

Deadlift = 341 lbs (155 kg)

Do a google search for it. Use a squat variation for your Max Effort exercise for lower body day. Good Luck. Run that program for at least 6 months.
