Constructive Opinion on my workout Plans

i did 5x5 for 12 weeks and saw great results then i did big beyond belief with not so good gains doing the regular pyramid, at the moment im doing

Monday-Chest/Bis
Wednesday-Back/Tris
Friday-Legs/Delts

I do 4 sets of 8 reps for big lifts bench press,dead-lift,squat,over head press and one isolation exercise for chest,legs,back, and i do 3 islations excercies for shoulders of 3 sets of 12 reps and each week i increase 5 pounds to all my lifts to all my exercises, i keep a log of everything so far im on my 5th week and yes i have made progress and i can lift heavier every time is this a good plan? after 8 weeks i plan on switching to 4 day upper lower split with the same add 5-10lbs concept and 4x8 for big lifts and 3x12 for all isolation’s.

what do you think? im primarily aiming for hypertrophy and mass and secondary strength.
