normally I tell people they are fat… But you, you are not. You would benefit from more resistance training. Specifically you need to improve upper chest. I’d recommend incline press, press, lat pull downs, shrugs, rows… I’d say you need 8-12 months of growth to become complete.I’m not feeling your V at all.
There is nothing you can do about the loose skin without surgery. 12% BF guessing without seeing you back and legs.
