Hey All –
I’m really excited about Don Alessi’s new program to get you ready to start doing the Olympic lifts. I’ve been wanting to add O-lifts to my repetoire for awhile, but I wasn’t sure how to start.
My problem is this: Alessi’s program only has 2 workouts a week, and I don’t know how to structure the rest of my days around those two. I don’t even know whether to make a 3- or 4-day a week program. So I was hoping that some of you experienced O-lifters might have some suggestions, based on your knowledge of how a the two workouts Alessi put together would tax the system and hit the muscle groups.
