Constant Prob w/ Left Quad

hey, for some reason, everytime I do something with my legs, whether it be squatting or sprinting, especially during baseball season, I end up pulling or straining my rectus femoris in my left leg. This happens 80% of the time. I dont know whether it is a muscular imbalance, or a strength difficent from my left to right leg. I stretch post workout for 20 minutes and warm up properly during baseball when we have to sprint. Any insight or help from anyone would help
