Brief review: Over the past 3-4mo I’ve had about 6+ “stiff necks” that have put me back a week or longer in my training. Normally I’d “RICE” and take loads of Advil and I’d be ready to rock quickly.
Not this time, I’m out for a while now. I’ve got an MRI and PT in the coming days to see if I fucked up a disk.
I typically get this pain with overhead work. It feels to me like there is a weakness in my shoulders/back/neck.
Anyone else out there get this?
My next challenge is how to get back into lifting in the coming weeks, other than very slow/lightly.
