What do you guys think of the following template? It’s kinda like WS4SB
Day 1: ME Upper
ME exercise - work to max triple
Main supplemental exercise
Medium-low intensity supplemental work
Day 3: RE whole-body
Pick 5-6 basic exercises, do 4x6, 5x3 or 5x5
Day 5: ME Lower
ME exercise - work to max 5
Main supplemental exercise
Medium-low intensity supplemental work
The main supplemental exercises are chosen based on my main upper/lower body weakness (right now for me, that would be triceps and lower back, respectively).
The rest of the ME workout would be pretty much instinctive, hitting whatever else needed to be hit.
I’m going after general strength and muscle-mass here.
GOOD LORD CT’s program just came out and allready ppl wanting to change it all around. LOL Not to flame to much,someone had to be the first. I say do your first program or do his. Then after doing both and seeing what each give then maybe take from each.
