Conjugate Block

What do you guys think of my plan for an intensification block. I want to gain max strength and hypertrophy. The only thing I am afraid of is slow-twitch muscle atrophy. Should I add an additional day of 5x10?

Day 1,3: 1/5 Wave (3 waves)

Day 2: 10x3-6

?Day 4: 5x10

I’d incorporate the higher-rep day just for the sake of joint health.

Should I then drop or cut something?
