Hey guys im confused as to what program I want. I want to get bigger. Im 6’5 250 id like to be 270 by football. So any good programs you guys recommend?
EAT BIG, LIFT BIG, SLEEP…REPEAT…many people on this site will not just do your homework for you. If you proposed a “program” then people would help critique it with you. To set out a diet and training program will take a long time. Most people don’t want to type out an entire program for a stranger ya know what I mean. lol As far as some of the programs outlined in this site you can do a search on them and find out all the answers you need from posts already covered it. I don’t want to sound like an a$$ and make you feel like nobody is here to help. So don’t take me the wrong way. If you posted something you were planning on doing and listed a little more than what was given I’d gladly give you my .02
