Confused Melanotan

I’ll receive 50mg of MT2 soon, however, I don’t really know how to mix it with sterile aka bac water. I’m planning on starting out with 0.25mg. My needle goes up to 30 units. I’ve heard that 0.1ml = 1 unit. How do I mix MT2 with the sterile water?
