So i've recently been reading up on low and high reps. Traditionally high reps= definition. However, i was reading one article a couple of days ago on here (sorry cant remember the name) but it said that high reps is particularly good for bulking...now i'm confused. I've discussed this with my 2 mates and they say it doesnt really matter which way you go as long as it stimulates the muscle. One of them even said he read that on this site. I'm using this thread as an end all. What do you need to do for bulking and cutting? Thanks.
