Confused By Best Workout Plan Structure

Just purchased this program on the T Nation website and am really excited to start. Just had a couple questions. I’m a little confused on the structure of the program. For example, the first workouts on the push/pull split is “heavy slow eccentric.” Should I alternate these push/pull method for three weeks until moving onto the “Isometric Pre-Fatigue.” And second, I don’t see any ab work, should we incorporate that as we see fit?



Chapter 5 are the 6 workouts you do for the first 3 weeks… Chapter 6 are the 6 workouts you do for the second 3 weeks block.

6 wokouts per week.

So Monday you do workout 1
Tuesday workout 2
Wednesdy workout 3
Thursday workout 4
Friday workout 5
Saturday workout 6
