Confused About My Diet

Hello everyone,

I’ve been using the Anabolic Diet since the 2nd week of the new year. For the first 5 weeks or so I experienced some success. The first weeks I went down to 196 from 201. Judging only by the mirror I appeared to lose some weight in my problem areas while maintaining most of my muscle mass. By the end of the 4th week I was up to 202 with minimal fat gain, no noticeable difference in my physique.

Here’s an example of a typical eating day:

8:00 am - 8 egg whites, topped with cheese, sausage.

11:00 am - Metabolic Drive Shake with BCAA’s and coffee

1:00 pm - Surge Shake with BCAA’s and creatine

1:45 pm - Deli meats and cheeses: Salami, turkey, provolone, muenster.

4:00 pm - handful of mixed nuts

6:30 pm - Dinner of steak or chicken, deli meats.

10:30 pm - Casein shake.

My Training Split:
Sunday: Shoulders & Traps
Monday: Legs
Tuesday: Chest
Wednesday: Off
Thursday: Back
Friday: Bi’s and Tri’s
Saturday: Off

I’ve been doing cardio sparingly, only 1-2 times per week at most.

Presently, coming to the end of almost two months, I feel like my fat loss has stopped and I haven’t been gaining any muscle mass. What can I do to continue to gain mass and continue to reduce my BF?

Well, I’m answering my own thread with this, but…

I’m going to try carb-cycling and start doing some moderate cardio 3-4 days/week. I’ll re-evaluate in a couple months.
