Confused about Caloric Intake


Just a really quick question… I am wanting to lose some b/f. I measured my b/f% and got the grand total of 20.8% yikes!

Now if I am going to try a diet such as the t-dawg or whatever do I base the caloric intake on my current bodyweight or Lean bodyweight so 80% of my weight?


The latter.


I have tried a few diets but on the maintenance level not taking b/f into account. Okay now I know T-Dawg didn’t work for me and I felt like I was getting fatter.
