you could do this with a barbell using the deadlift or dumbbell using the clean and press, it could be really effective

I do jump rope between almost every other rep for about 2-4 minutes. I use a bulgarian bag for the cleans and barbell as well as kettlebell cleans.
< Also jumps rope. Love it.
