Conditioning with Indigo Performance Program

I was wondering if you have ever added conditioning work with the performance program? Or if it’s even worth it? I like to be able to run and I don’t want to lose that.


Run as in sprint or run as in jog?

The performance program itself will keep your cardio pretty solid. But if you want to keep your sprinting form and timing you do have to practice it once or twice a week.
