Conditioning on Which Program?

Hi Coach, I have to focus on conditioning for 2 months, which option would be viable? (2A)

● High frequency BB with conditioning on the off days?
● Conjugate BB with conditioning instead of the optional days?
● 2A program with conditioning insread of the double stim and pump days?
● Something else?

I can personally vouch for


seems interesting but I haven’t done it myself. I know from your log that you have a very tangible conditioning goal. Nail that, and aim to keep strength and gains at maintenance. It’s just two months. And try to not get hurt trying to add too much conditioning in at once.
