Conditioning for Sports

I am transitioning from heavy weight to more conditioning, and I don’t know how to set it up. Should I sprint before working out or after? On off days or on legs days? should I change how I weight train? I need advice. Thanks in advance

Lot of variables man. Consider having a separate leg day at the track, or doing some sprints before the rest of your workout, but as usual it depends on how you have things set-up.
