I’ve never been one to do much conditioning/cardio. I would do some while “cutting” but would also focus on circuit style training and keeping the heart rate up as much as possible while lifting. I’m curious to know how others do their cardio. How does your cardio look while bulking versus while trying to cut and still maintain mass? Same day as lifting vs on non-lifting days? How many days per week and for how long? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
I’ve been doing sprint of 400m 2x per week.
Sometimes I do a 12-minute sprint, trying the longest distance within that time.
I do not perform well under aerobic conditions.
But I have not been training with weights for a few years.
