basically what is recommended with this method. I’ve been told just walk an hour every day but surely some tabata/sprints 2-4 times a week wont cause any problems, after the initial adaptation bit of course.
First, this thread is worthless without listing your goals. From a purely powerlifting perspective, tabata sprints a few times a week will interfere with your goals at least at a high level of competition.
