Conditioning Advice for Overhead Day?

Hello there. I’m currently doing alternating kettlebell clean & press for 30 second rounds, for conditioning at the end of my overhead day. My gym only has one of each kettlebell, so I was wondering if viper press with sandbags would be more effective a choice for conditioning the shoulders, seeing as it would keep pressure on both shoulders at once?

Anything holding weight overhead for time will condition the shoulders, and it sure doesn’t take much weight!

I’ve never seen or done viper presses so I can’t knowledgeably comment on them, but for another option, you can do overhead walking lunges, holding a plate in your two hands or holding a small dumbbell in each hand. They’re a tad…effective. Great for balance and core stability, too.
