Computer Program For Lifting


i was just wondering if anyone came across any programs for entering your information adn analysing it for the sake of body building, the closest i found was something called train with the british marines but it looks worse than the excel spreadsheets and crumpled up note papaer i use now.


i use, its free and while it doesnt analyze your specific workout, but it does for your diet, nutrition, and you can input exercise and weight training to ensure that you reach caloric goals and do not under/over eat…
