I've never used any compression before, so I decided to buy and try Nike Pro compression shorts. Must say it's good to have my package held in place while being cool and dry down there. I don't really like the squeeze but I'll get used to it I hope.
My question is, how does compression affect training? E.g. if I always squat with my thighs squeezed, can I squat as much without the extra support?
Any opinions on such shorts?
