Does anyon here use compression shorts for training? Not for increased poundages the way powerlifters use a squat suit but for groin/hamstring problems? I know A.R.T. could remove the cause (potentially) of these injuries but I am wondering what you all think? 7 years ago, I briefly used them for squatting but my legs would pump up too much and then my strength and endurance suffered. I have heard of a compression short called “bioskin” but am not sure if this would be any better.
