Comprehensive Supplement List

I am a 46 year old male that works out on a regular basis. I am interested in knowing what types of supplements I could be using on a daily basis to improve my fat loss and muscle gains.

I am wondering if anyone has reccomendations on energizers, testosterone boosters, and estrogen blockers. What I would really like is a total comprehensive supplement list to determine what I need to order from T-Nation. Thanks!
