I need a book on dietary fats in relation to how they affect metabolism and fat storage etc.
I guess it would have to be a book on bodybuilding/getting lean and what fats are good and which are bad etc.
The healthy dietary fats for humans are: animal, nut and fruit (organic when possible because the pollution is stored in fat).
Good Calories Bad Calories (Diet Deception in UK) by Gary Taubes is a great book on nutrition.
