Hey can you guys list some compound workouts that I can do with dumbells…because that is all i have at my house. Thank you.
Cleans, 1 arm snatches, swings, standing overhead press, turkish get-ups, squats with db on shoulder or hanging, lunges same as squats or hold the db overhead, standing bent over rows, weighted pistol squats…
the list goes on but those are the ones I have been doing. my personal current favorite is clean and push press in sets of 4 or 3 on the minute density style.
