What compound exercises can I use to strenghen my rotator cuffs. I’m currently using the cuban press. What about one armed snatches and high pulls? I get bored doing the standard isolation exercises.
I’m no expert, but I don’t think there are any compound movements for rotator cuff. Basically, stick to L-flyes in the various directions to strengthen the 'cuff, and don’t go over 10 lbs.
