I have been doing a pretty solid boxing routine the last couple of weeks and it’s great.
3 min x 3 rnds - Rope
3 min x 3 rnds - Heavy Bag
3 min x 2 rnds - Rope
3 min x 2 rnds - Heavey Bag
3 min x 1 rnd - Speed Bag
I’m doing this roughtly 3-5 times per week. Do you recommend that I also include some weight training with this program? If so, what recommendations, maybe Limping to work the legs?
I’m cutting again and this routine has worked best in the past to get cut. I incorporated a weight routine with it before, but that was before I found resources like this.
