I was reading T Nation's article on Complexes ( http://www.T-Nation.com/free_online_article/sports_body_training_performance/screw_cardio_four_complexes_for_a_shredded_physique )
And I was wondering if it's alright to do it on my normal workout routine.
I do a full body lift (1 exercise, 3 sets, per muscle group) on monday, wednesday and friday.
Would it be alright to do complexes on either Tuesdays and Thursdays? Or Tuesdays and Saturdays?
I do 10-20 minutes of conditioning work(complexes, sledge, running) after my full body strength session, and then do low intensity work(sled drag, mobility, stretching) on the off days.
I've been doing something similar. Lots of band work, as my shoulder is having a lot of problems.
Thanks for the link though. Something new to try on my "days off".
Is it okay? Yes. Try it and see how it goes.
