Completely New to Lifting/Bulking

Hey so I am a total noob when it comes to lifting/bulking and I could use some help. Im super skinny.
Height: 5’8
Weight: 125
Age: 16

Ive been reading up on this site and some others about good diets, and I think I fit the “Macaulay Culkin on South Beach Diet” scenario where I pretty much just need to gain a lot of weight.

So are there any tips you guys can give me on where to start in lifting and what kind of calories/food I should be eating? Id also like to know what are some good supplements and vitamins etc. Im pretty clueless.


Do starting strength or west side for skinny bastards. Eat everything. Seriously, drink a gallon of milk a day, and don’t shy away from cheeseburgers, pizzas, etc every once in a while. Eat a lot of protein and healthy fats like nuts, olive oil, etc. You really don’t need any sups other then fish oil, a post workout drink, and maybe some creatine.
