I've been lifting seriously for about four months, but I have been running, swimming, cycling, and doing purely calisthenics for about two years non stop. I am in the process of getting a Pararecsuemen contract with the Air Force. If that doesn't work out, I plan on enlisting in the Army and getting an 11x Option 40 contract. I'll use this log as a backup if something ever happens to all my written logs. I'm 18 years old, 144-48lbs, 5'9".
