Hey Guys,

I just thought it would be a good idea to have a list of books that you have read that have had good info about training and nutrition. Feel free to add them.

Iv read 100s of books on sport training. There all good, CP once said to read 5 hours a day for 5 years to develop appreciable level of knowledge. I followed that advise for 6 years now. Best advice I?ve ever received.
