I will be competing in my first comp the end of Jan (push/pull, raw, pause bench, only belts allowed). I am trying to get as strong as possible between now and then. My current lifts are: bench - 305, deadlift - 500. I was thinking about using a modified 5 X 5 template between now and then but I didn’t know if that would be the best approach to ensure I peak in 3 months. Given the time frame I am working with, does anyone have any recommendations?
