Commercial Lab Testing

i recently discovered chia seeds, and i think theyre great. loads of soluble fiber and omega 3s. not only that but the mix perfectly into a protein shake. they are definately a candidate for diet staple status. one problem, theyre rare and nobody has got info on their phytoestrogen content.

so i am here to ask if anyone knows away to have them tested by a lab for that or if there is a way of figuring it out. i can get chia seeds for 6.50/LB and the seem to be the perfect yin to our hi-protein yang.

come on guys, if i were to propose a food higher in omega 3’s, and with loads of soluble fiber and we knew it didnt have high phytoestrogens, who wouldn’t be eating it?
