Comments on This Workout Split?

Ahoy there ye lifters!

Wanted your thoughts and comments on the following workout split:

Sun: Back
Mon: Cardio
Tues: Delts and traps
Wed: off
Thur: Arms and forearms, cardio
Fri: Quads and calves
Sat: Pecs and cardio

How did you came off with that? This is REALLY unusual.

Oh man you’re right, I just assumed he meant quads and hams instead of just quads

I don’t know about you, but if I am aiming for hypertrophy, I cannot do cardio the day after legs.

The split where you can recover the quickest, train the most will work best. I have no idea how your body works, so who knows…looks pretty basic.

Strictly no running. Just moderate intensity 30 min session on the elliptical or stat. bike.
