I am in process of putting a program togetether for myself, Wanted to know if you guys can help me tweak it. Add and Remove stuff.

My Goal is to put on lean muscle
and keep fat gains low
I will submit a pic soon

Stats: 5’8" 175lbs. 12% BF
Waist 35 1/2 in

I am not that experienced but have tried and tried and continue to pursue this I have been at it for 3 years made some changes but i still want more. So i am learning from mistakes.

Nutrition:
0730: 4 egg whites, 1 whole
Whole green pepper
Two Slices of wheat bread

0930 1 tblsp of PB w/ sugar free
jelly two slices of bread

1200 MRP

15min prior to workout(whey protein shake 1 scoop
15 min after work out another scoop

1:30 8oz chicken breast 1 cup cooked brown rice

3:30 MRP

5:30 8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown Rice

7:30 vegetables 3 Turkey Breast Slices

Workout

M-W-F
AB Circuit
HIIT OR RUN

M-CHEST
T-LEGS
W-BACK
T-SHOULDERS
F-ARMS
S-REST
SU-REST

RECOVERY- TRY TO GET EIGHT HOURS OF SLEEP

need protein 4 egg whites aint much. grab some milk, cheese something

Protein ??? none really

some veggies you need some fat some time today ad some olive oil etc

Variety bro, again veggies, fats, maybe something other then chicken breast, steak, hamburger, fish, etc.

Fats more protein.

all in all diet looks very light and low on protein and lacking fats all together

what are you doing for work outs??
