I’m fairly new to all of this stuff, so this may be a no-brainer, but… I’m on the T-Dawg plan, getting excellent results. When I come out of a low-carb diet like this, will my body treat carbs differently? (i.e. greedily storing them as fat thinking that it may not get them for awhile) Anyone’s experience coming out of a low-carb diet would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks in advance.
