Hey all... I got through a two-week Fat Fast and now want to come off the diet. Right now my plan is to introduce 2 P + C meals the first week (at 40/40/20) and then 3 the next (at 40/30/30) while increasing consumption by 150 calories per day until I hit Don't Diet levels. I then hope to phase into Massive Eating two weeks from now. Does this plan sound good?
